Justin Spangaro – Founder and CEO

Justin has thirty years of experience in start-ups, leadership roles and product development. (Wave Computing, Ericsson, LSI Logic, NEC, Philips, Telstra, Boeing, Fujitsu, RMIT University, SMS Management and Technology). Justin holds a B.Eng in Communications Engineering and MBA, both from RMIT University and is an alumnus of the Venture Capital Executive Program at the Haas School of Business at University of California Berkeley. He also lectures at RMIT University in engineering and consults to leading research organisations such as CSIRO on commercialisation strategy.

David De Campo – Non-executive Director

David’s focus is on the company’s business development, capital structure, financial managment and corporate governance.

With a demonstrated track record of growing shareholder wealth, David has participated on the Board of more than 20 private and public companies covering both domestic and international markets (particularly China) primarily focused in the financial, educational and services industries.

Grant Lindberg – Co-founder

Grant is former President of start-up Enviromech Industries which was acquired and merged to form Agility Fuel Solutions.  Previously he was Director of Technical Marketing at LSI Logic (now Broadcom).

Brett Bonser – Advisory board

Brett is both a sales guru and sales and marketing planning leader who transfers his years of in the field experience to assist clients to accelerate their growth.
He is the architect of’s core planning product Funnel Camp, and respected speaker on the topic of Sales Performance. As Director of, Brett has led hundreds of growth planning initiatives, both here and internationally, for some of the world’s best-known brands. He has trained thousands of sales executives in B2B selling processes, and mentored CEOs, Sales Directors and their teams on the alignment of Sales and Marketing for growth.

Brett holds a BCOM from the University of Melbourne, a Diploma of Direct Marketing for San Diego University and has lectured at Monash and Swinburne University MBA schools on Strategy and Strategic Sales Process.
